HASEEB AHSON
President & CEO
Mr. Haseeb Ahson established TQC in 1995 and serves as President and CEO of the firm. Graduating from the University of Utah, earning a Masters of Engineering with more than 36 years of diversified experience in traffic engineering, transportation planning, and construction management. He plays a lead role with business development, client management, and strategic planning of the firm. Prior to starting TQC, Haseeb was a Senior Project Manager for nearly two decades with Jacobs Engineering Group, a world renowned engineering firm.

HABIB AHSON
Senior Vice President of Traffic Engineering & COO
Mr. Habib Ahson services as the Senior Vice President and COO of TQC. He has over 25 years of experience in the field of transportation planning, traffic engineering analysis and traffic data collection. Habib’s role as Senior Vice President involves providing support with Business Development, Client Relations, Marketing and managing the Transportation Planning and Traffic Data Collection Group. Habib is leading all TQC efforts specific to data collection and analysis, implementing Quality Control Measures and assuring quality on behalf of the client deliverables.

JAMES HENRY
Senior Vice President of Construction Inspection Services
Mr. James Henry serves as Senior Vice President of Construction Inspection Services. He has over 40 years of experience in heavy highway, bridge and building construction inspection, construction management, project management and contract administration for both public and private clients, he is providing a leading role in our firm’s management and growth. He continues to use his project management expertise on various projects with clients such as: the New Jersey Turnpike Authority (NJTA), NJ Department of Transportation (NJDOT), Delaware River Joint Toll Bridge Commission (DRJTBC), Delaware River Port Authority (DRPA), City of Philadelphia, Department of Streets, and various other private and public sector clients.

Mr. Zohair Ahson serves as Vice President of Operations of TQC. He has over 7 years of experience with a Masters of Business Administration (MBA), certification in project management from Cornell University, and specialization in Accounting and Finance from Harvard Business School. Zohair is responsible for managing the day-to-day company operations, implementing strategy, and identifying efficiency and proposing solutions.
JAMES CARR II, PE PTP, PTOE
Vice President, Director of Traffic Engineering
Mr. James Carr serves as Vice President and Director of Traffic Engineering at TQC. Mr. Carr is a certified Professional Engineer in the States of New Jersey and New York and is also a certified Professional Traffic Operations Engineer (PTOE) and Professional Transportation Planner (PTP). He has two decades of experience in fields of transportation planning and traffic engineering. Mr. Carr has been the project manager for Local, County and Statewide Data Collection efforts, corridor completed corridor planning and traffic analysis projects, and managed engineering design projects from conceptual design through construction. Mr. Carr’s role for TechniQuest Corporation includes staff oversight, managing tasks/projects for clients, and directing data collection and engineering design efforts.
