Mr. Carlin Hebert serves as Vice President of Business Development at TQC.

Mr. Hebert is a certified Professional Engineer in the States of New Jersey, New York and Virginia.

With nearly two decades of experience in traffic engineering, intelligent transportation systems, and transportation planning, Mr. Hebert brings a wealth of knowledge to deliver innovative and cost-effective solutions for our clients.

He has successfully managed local, county, and statewide projects across the NY/NJ metro area, Virginia, and Florida, consistently delivering projects on time and within budget.

​

Mr. Hebert's leadership and expertise guide projects seamlessly from planning and conceptual design through to successful construction and implementation.

At TechniQuest Corporation, he spearheads business development initiatives, including client relationship management, project leadership, staff development, and strategic planning.
