James Carr II

Vice President, Director of Traffic Engineering

Mr. James Carr serves as Vice President and Director of Traffic Engineering at TQC.

Mr. Carr is a certified Professional Engineer in the States of New Jersey and New York and is also a certified Professional Traffic Operations Engineer (PTOE) and Professional Transportation Planner (PTP).

He has two decades of experience in fields of transportation planning and traffic engineering.

Mr. Carr has been the project manager for Local, County and Statewide Data Collection efforts, corridor completed corridor planning and traffic analysis projects, and managed engineering design projects from conceptual design through construction.

Mr. Carr’s role for TechniQuest Corporation includes staff oversight, managing tasks/projects for clients, and directing data collection and engineering design efforts.
