Mr. James Henry serves as Senior Vice President of Construction Inspection Services.

He has over 40 years of experience in heavy highway, bridge and building construction inspection, construction management, project management and contract administration for both public and private clients, he is providing a leading role in our firm’s management and growth.  

 

He continues to use his project management expertise on various projects with clients such as:  the New Jersey Turnpike Authority (NJTA),

NJ Department of Transportation (NJDOT),

Delaware River Joint Toll Bridge Commission (DRJTBC),

Delaware River Port Authority (DRPA),

City of Philadelphia, Department of Streets, and various other private and public sector clients.
